Mountain State Anglers is a publication about fly fishing, mountain streams, working gear and conservation. The site is maintained as a static journal and does not provide personalized fishing, legal or medical advice.
Independent sites publish a notice of this kind whatever their subject: wild trout here, Eishockey-Ligen in Deutschland elsewhere. The point is the same: a reader should be able to tell who publishes a page and where to write about it.
